The Smart City Academy (SCA), founded in 2018 as part of the Smart City Consortium (SCC), promotes public awareness of smart city development, especially among youth. Under the leadership of Honorary Principal Mr. Ma Siu Leung and Executive Director Dr. Daniel Chun, SCA offers accredited training programs in collaboration with local and international institutions. With over 350 events hosted, SCA aims to expand its reach to secondary and tertiary students, providing essential skills through courses like the Professional Diploma in Smart City.
