You can refer a friend to study with us at the Hong Kong campus and receive a referral reward of up to HK$3,000* after your friend successfully enrols onto one of our programmes and paid half of the total tuition fee. Your friend will also receive a scholarship totalling up to HK$30,000 which may vary for different programmes.

Work-Life Balance Activities in February 2023
The University of Sunderland in Hong Kong will be organising a series of activities in order to encourage students to maintain a good work-life balance between their work, study and daily life.
Below are the forthcoming activities we are organising in February 2023, all students are welcome to join these activities for FREE! 1. Valentine’s day’s Explosive Memories Box
Date: 7 February 2023 (Tuesday)
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Venue: Hong Kong Campus, 1/F Centre Point, 181-185 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai
Instructor: Miss Wing Yip
Love is in the air! Let’s add explosive memories to make Valentine’s Day celebrations magical by creating your unique gifts.
With the pinky atmosphere approaching, a Valentine’s Day gift box workshop at the campus is truly an indulgence for you and someone special. Let’s add joy and spark emotions to make this year’s Valentine’s Day celebrations magical by creating ampreserved explosive box.
This workshop experience will be a great fit for all kinds of special people to celebrate the moment. The workshop is designed for everyone from complete beginners in love with crafts and those with more experience.

2. Korean Workshop (Travel Information / Languages)
Date: 28 February 2023 (Tuesday)
Time: 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Venue: Hong Kong Campus, 1/F Centre Point, 181-185 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai
Instructor: Miss Suki Yan
In this workshop, we will cover the background and history of Korean languages, with a special emphasis on travel information for different cities in South Korea while giving a chance for students to experience the Korean tradition of “Bojagi”
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
1. Identify the basic concepts of hangeul, Korean languages
2. Different travel spots in Seoul, Busan and Jeonju
3. Common conversational usage in Korean
4. Workshop on traditional Korean gift wrapping “Bojagi”
Terms and conditions •The following activities are only open for University of Sunderland in Hong Kong students. •Students will receive email notification of acceptance or rejection to the activity if the event capacity is fully booked. •If a student registered on any of the following activities but did not show up on the day without presenting acceptable mitigating reasons, he/she will be given lower priority if they wish to participate in the next activity.

According to the Hong Kong Observatory ordinance, classes will be cancelled under:
1) the Rainstorm Black Warning Signal; or
2) the local Storm Warning Signal No. 8 or above.
The classes will be cancelled 2 hours prior to the lectures when a signal is hoisted. Please check the update from the Hong Kong Observatory. 2 hours before the class to see whether your class will be cancelled.
